Brief description of the position
We’d want to speak with you if you live and breathe digital marketing. We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all platforms.
What is the role of a Digital Marketing Manager?
You should be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and tactics. To launch campaigns on schedule, digital marketing managers will collaborate with the content and graphics team.

Social media ( For client purpose – LinkedIn, Twitter | For recruitment – Facebook), Email marketing
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display ads.
- Create, manage, and improve our social media presence
- All digital marketing campaigns should be measured and reported on, and goals should be evaluated (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify patterns and insights, and then improve your plan and performance based on them
- Make a list of new and innovative growth tactics
- Experiments and conversion tests should be planned, executed, and measured
- Work with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve the user experience
- Use excellent analytical skills to assess the entire customer experience across different channels and touch points.
- Conversion points should be measured and user funnels should be optimised.
- Collaborate with other vendors and agencies.
- Examine cutting-edge technologies. Where applicable, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a similar subject is required.
- Worked in digital marketing for at least two year
- Demonstrated leadership and management expertise with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Extensive knowledge of landing pages and user funnels
- A/B and multivariate experimentation experience
- Knowledge of website analytics tools is essential (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of
- Setting up and optimising Google Adwords ad-serving software is required (e.g., DART, Atlas) campaigns is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, as well as the limitations of each.
- Data-driven thinking and strong analytical skills
- Staying on top of the newest developments and best practises in internet marketing and measurement is essential.
